Storefronts, Wall Graphics and Special Signs
– The client selects the type of work to be done, either from our catalogs or from a special project.
– We will send you a formal quote by email, which includes:
- Written details of the work to be done.
- The cost of the requested work.
- Payment conditions.
- Details of the complete process to perform the requested work.
- Link to the website to make the first payment in case the customer wants to use a credit card.
– Once the customer makes the first payment, we will consider the previous conditions included in the quote as accepted.
– After the client makes the first payment, we will contact him within 24 hours for a questionnaire about the work and request photos of the building or office, logos and/or photographs. We will also need to visit the place to photograph and measure it.
– After obtaining all this information, we will initiate the design, which can take between 2 and 5 business days.
– Once the design is finished, we will send an initial sketch to the customer via email. Additionally, you will be notified by text message about this email.
– If the client wants to modify the first design sketch, he must communicate it in writing, via email or text message. A new sketch with the requested modifications will be sent within 1 to 3 business days.
– When the client feels completely satisfied with all the elements of the design, he must informit in writing, via email or text message. By doing so, we will proceed with the production and manufacturing phase.
– Once the design is approved by the client, we will assume that he has reviewed and read all the elements of the sketch. These elements are understood as written information about the vehicle (Letters and numbers), colors and position of the elements. In this way, we will proceed with the production of the material under this approval without further modifications.
– Any modification to the design after the written approval and once the production has started could raise additional charges.
– The production time, where we manufacture and print the material, is between 3 to 7 business days for cut vinyl designs and between 4 to 10 days for printed vinyl designs.
– We will contact the client within the production period to establish the specific date and time to install the graphics and signs. If the installation is on the exterior, the date may vary depending on weather conditions.
– The duration of installation varies depending on the design and characteristics of the building or office. We will deliver an estimate.
– The client must provide access to the installation site. We require promptness to begin the installation so we can meet the time we agreed.
– If the client is not present at the place during installation, we will contact him at least 30 minutes before completion to receive the work.
– The client must inspect the vehicle and sign the approval of the work carried out.
– If there is any variance regarding the delivery of the work, we will do our best to resolveit; however, we may require more time, or even go back a different day.
– The remaining amount must be paid immediately once the work is signed as accepted. By doing so, we will consider the project as finished.
– A guideline with recommendations, acopy of the guarantee, and an invoice for the service provided will be delivered to the client.
